"To dinner then?" he said, looking down at her a little inquisitively. He wad very excited to show hey of to the rest of his family.

Bridgette nodded and hugged a bit close to Kaito. "Yes to dinner, and it is going to be a delight to meet your parents." She said happily with a delighted look on her face.

"I hope they don't scare you of. I can guarantee that a lot of the conversation will be about business. I apologize in advance." He lead her through the hall and down the stairs. He didn't talk much but when he did it was about small talk. It was kind of his way to show that he was nervous.

Bridgette smiled and rubbed his arm. "No need to be nervous." Bridgette was used to this kind of attention so it didn't bother her all that bad. She was still a bit nervous though.

Kaito walked her into the d I Ning room and Kumiko and his parents were already seated. He went over and bowed to his parents.

"I apologize for being late. I brought miss O'Dea for dinner. "

Bridgette bowed slightly her hands at her sides. "Thank you Fujiwara for bringing me, and thank you Mr. And Mrs. Fujiwara." At the mention of Kaito she looked at him and then she stood straight back up and gave a charming smile to the three seated. "If you did not know already, as I am sure Fujiwara has told you, I am the new CEO of an Irish Company." She gave an other smile, this one was of poise and grace.

"Yes quite aware. " The Misses said. She didn't seem thrilled but she didn't seem hateful either. Very neutral. Mister Fujiwara meteor nodded.

"Miss O'Dea you can sit next to Kaito if you wish." His father said. When working with westerners, the Fujiwara family adopted some of the western mannerisms that Bridgette will recognize.

Bridgette nodded. "Thank you Sir." She said and made quick eye contact with Kaito so that he may direct her where to sit. She put her hands behind her back and clasped them together softly.

Kaito pulled out a chair for her, indicating that's where she will sit.

She nodded and gracefully made her way to the chair and sat.

"I hope my patents don't bore you with to much business talk. You are here asa guest and gleefully you'd be inclined to visit again the next time you are around." Some simpler Japanese dishes came out, mostly as an appetizer course.

Bridgette nodded and put her hands on her lap. "Business is not boring of course. It is my life, I would love to speak about other things, yes, but if Mr. And Mrs. Fujiwara would like to speak of business I wouldn't deny the request." She said politely with a large smile on her Irish face. She was pretty good at making sure her accent was almost non-existent.

Kaito's parents nodded sagely and his father began speaking about the local businesses, asking her if there were any opportunities she could see for expansion.

Kaito sat and ate, letting him talk.

She talked and nodded. Eventually she felt the conversation die out and she looked at Kaito. "I believe it's almost time for me to take my leave. I have a meeting in the morning with a company branch."

"Allow me to escort you out then." Kaito stood and bowed to his parents and held an arm out to Bridgette.

She excused herself from the table and took Kaito's arm.

Kaito walks into the office where the development meeting is being held, and takes a seat at the far end of the table.

A young red head enters the room softly after him. She was wearing a black pencil skirt, blazer, and a light blue shirt, her hair was put up and out of her face and she was carrying a brief case.

She quickly sat at the other end of the table and cleared her throat when she sat down. "Hello and welcome the meeting between our two companies." She smiled and nodded to Kaito. "I will leave the rest to you."

Kaito nodded and stood.

"This meeting is a momentous occasion. This will be the first bonds this company will have made with an entirely new sector. We will be able to open up to a wider market and, in turn, be able to boost local economies in Ireland and Japan. Before we begin, I would like to ask that all parties sign a confidentiality agreement, stating that no party shall disclose any information about this meeting. It may seem strict, but it is in the best interest of the present parties."

The meeting would proceed for a few hours before a lunch break, Kaito leading it magnificently.

So two of Bridgette's coworkers are talking. "Did you hear it? Bridgette's only dating that Japanese man, Kaito? I think his name is. Well anyway she is only dating him to get her hand into the heart of the company. She is cutthroat!" The other girl nodded. "I heard that too! I even heard that she used her body to convince him to make his parents sign the compromise!" Stupid women and their gossip.

Kaito was about to go into the small kitchenette when he hear the two girls. His face didn't change and he walked back into the meeting room. He sat back in his seat, waiting for everyone to get back.

Bridgette returned to the meeting room caring in two coffees on a tray. "Kaito, I wasn't sure what you liked in your coffee so I just put everything on the tray." She put the tray down in front of him. "Also..." Her fingers danced across the table and her handed on his. "Tonight, would you like to hang out with me? I was thinking of doing some karaoke and have dinner." She wanted to give him a kiss but knew this wasn't the time or place. Imagine what her co-workers would think.

Kaito just stared at the cup, slowly blinking. He took his hand away from hers and rubbed his forehead.

"If you didn't... what did you think you would accomplish?" he asked, his voice low and emotionless.

Bridgette looked at him with a questioning look. "What? Accomplished what? Kaito? Is there something wrong?" Her hands stayed at their sides. She had no idea what he was going on about and wasn't really sure to react about his sudden coldness. "Did I do something wrong? If I did I apologize."

Kaito gestured with his head for her to go back to her seat.

"We will talk later."
