Let's Cross Paths Again (CLOSED; ClassicalMusician & Admin)

He glanced to a clock on the opposite wall.

"Actually they're late. Let me go call on one of our employees" as he got up, his foot slipped on a small puddle of water and he slid back towards the bed, falling on top of Bridgette, only 2 inches separating his body. His face flushed almost instantly as he looked down at her.

Bridge laid there with him on top of her. She was a bit surprised and she rubbed her legs together uncomfortably. She didn't want to be rude but her face was all red and she was pretty embarrassed. This was a bit of a turnon.

Kaito was frozen for a moment before pushing himself off Bridgette and turning around, heading to the door.

"I'll go see what's taking so long!" he said with a slight crack in his voice. That was extremely embarrassing and quite hot.

Bridgette sat up and looked at him as he walked off. "O-okay!" She sighed and covered her face. Was this love? Or lust? She couldn't tell but she knew it was probably a lot more awkward for Kaito.

Kaito ran into one of his staff and talked to them in hushed tones about the situation and she nodded, going to pick up the clothes to be immediately cleaned.

He leaned against the wall for a long time, thinking.

Bridgette walked into the bathroom and stared at herself. Look at her. Her hair still a bit damp. Completely nude under this robe and she couldn't take her mind off of him. This was not what she was expecting was going to happen today when she decided to go on a date with him.

Kaito ran a hand through his hair, sighing deeply and resting his head against the wall. He felt like a fool. A complete and utter fool. Bridgette probably thought he did that on purpose. He didnt want to seem like he wanted her, but thinking about it now... He did. He wanted her, not just her body but her heart and soul as well. He took a deep breath and headed back to the room.

Bridgette rubbed her eyes lightly and left the bathroom. She sat on the edge of the bed once again and covered her face her hands on her knees. "Dear god...."

Kaito lightly knocked on the door frame as he leaned against it.

"Bridgette? You still in here?"

Bridgette perked up her head. "Y-yes. Come in." She fixed herself and twiddled with the robe string. She was sitting crossed legged now and was waiting for him to come in.

He walked in, hand on the back of his neck. He smiled warmly at Bridgette. "So uh..."

She smiled and patted next to her. "Come. Sit down. We can talk some more if you'd like." She tried to be calm. She wanted him to know it was okay and that she understood that she thought it was an accident and nothing more.

Kaito went and sat by Bridgette. He put an arm around her shoulders and hugged her, placing a light kiss on her head.

Bridgette blushed and looked up at him. "K-kaito....I uh..." She leaned up and tried kissing his head back.

He chuckled and leaned down so she could reach.

She kissed his head. "Kaito. I enjoyed myself throughly today." She looked up at him and held his hands close. "I hope you did too..." She sighed lightly. She wasn't too sure what to say to him now.

"I'm glad you did Bridgette. I hope we can see each other again before you leave." He squeezed her gently and let go.

She nodded. "I think I should be able to." She smiled and hugged him a bit tight. She wanted to go out with him again sometime soon.

Kaito gave her a somewhat bashful smile. He couldn't figure out what he should do next but he wanted to do something special for her. Somethig fantastic and something she wouldn't forget.

Bridgette's eyes fluttered across the room and then back to Kaito. She cupped his cheek and smiled. She wanted Jack but she needed Kaito. Not only would it put the companies on good terms but it might help them spread their influence into Japan. They were rather lacking in the Asian countries for reasons unknown to her.

"Bridgette, would you like to join me for dinner?"

"I would love to! It would be my honor to meet your family. I believe I may need a proper outfit before I do so though." She said and took his hands in hers.

He was about to speak when light footsteps echoed down the hall. A familiar voice was at the door.

"Onii-san, you here?" Kumiko asked as she entered. She stopped, staring at the two. "Um..."

Kaito sat there staring back. Awkward.

Bridgette smoothly pulled away from Kaito and sat slightly away from him. This was not her problem she deemed, okay it was but she just wasn't sure what to say to the young lass.

It wasn't what it looked like. It was not two single adults sitting on a bed together as one sat there a bit cold in nothing but a mere robe.

Kaito quickly ushered Kumiko out with her protesting the whole way.

"Kumiko please don't tell mother and father. I want to tell them what I intend to do. I am really fond of Bridgette and well... Just don't say anything ok?"
