Kumiko stood up in surprise. "Jack? You alright?" She took a small step forward, unsure if the match was over or not.

raching down , Hiru and jack locked arms and hiru helped him up.
"damnit, that was close. nice point."

Momoko patted Kumiko's back. "I'm sure he'll be fine. They do this all the time."

"Only if you don't mind mine," she said. As they walked side by side holding hands she felt a bit shy. She liked holding his hand and being so close to him but that didn't stop her cheeks from blushing.

He chuckled and kissed her hand. "I wouldn't mind." He said and smiled at her wide, his blush growing on his cheeks.

Mai was a little stunned by him kissing her hand and left starstruck by his smile, her face becoming deeply flushed. Finally when she recovered she noticed that she was staring at him so she looked away and sighed "Horai-kun I swear you're too sweet. I can't understand why you accepted my confession."

He stopped and looked at her in the eyes seriously. "Kobayashi...I mean Mai-Chan. The reason I accepted it was because, I, myself, had feelings for you, if you hadn't confessed at that moment. When we walked home. On your doorstep. I was going to make my confession. You see, Mai-Chan. I like you...A lot." He wanted to make sure she understood how much he liked her.

She smiled and stared down at their intertwined fingers lovingly. "I'm really glad. I like you a lot too. And this all kind of feels like a dream that I don't want to end." She looked up at him about to say more when she realized the time. "Ah! If we don't hurry it'll be dark soon! Let's talk more when we get there, okay?"

He nodded and began walking. Okay, stay calm Horai...Its a just a small date. Don't worry. You got this, choose a song that doesn't make you strain. You got this. You got this dude.

When they arrived and got a room the first thing Mai did was set her bag down next to one of the two couches in the room and start looking through a catalogue with all of the songs they could sing that had been placed on one of the small tables. "Would you like to go first? Or do you want to do one together?" she asked as she sat down.

He blushed. "Which ever you would like Mai!" He put his bags next to hers and sat down near her. He kind of just wanted to kiss her right now but that would be going to fast.

She nodded and scootered over closer to him so that the catalogue could rest on both of their laps. "Okay. Oh here are the songs. If you see anyone that you like just tell me." As she started flipping through the book she noticed a few songs she liked. What would be a good song to sing? Probably one that's not too sad or too aggressive. Maybe something sweet or fun? Like... As she was flipping she noticed one of her favorite songs. She blushed a little upon seeing it because she remembered listening to the song the day before and thinking about Horai."Um I'm going to go first okay?"she said looking up at him, her cheeks a bit pink.

"Alright. I can sit back and watch." He was kind of curious of what song she would choose. He hoped it was something really cute that matched Mai's personality.

She nodded and stood up giving the catalogue to Horai. Nervously she walked over to the kareoke machine and plugged in her song. Grabbing the microphone she stood in front of the monitor that would show here the words though honestly she didn't need it. She took a deep breath as she waited for the song to start.

She started off singing softly into the microphone. She felt a bit embarrassed and unsure of herself so she kept her eyes on the screen.

As the song went on she relaxed more as she slowly rocked side to side to the music and allowed herself to glance over at Horai a few times.

Now towards the climax of the song Mai became lost in the music. She started dancing around as much as she could like she had done a million times before, swaying her hips, spinning around and even winking at Horai playfully.

Horai just sat there during the whole thing. He loved her singing voice. He blushed a lot at the song. How was he to find the perfect song to sing?
What do i do?
I'm going to sound terrible compared to her.
She has such a nice voice.

When she was done she was smiling and striking a pose, breathing a bit heavily. It took a minute before she remembered where she was then she blushed and quickly bowed. "T-thank you!" She stuttered as she set the microphone down and took her seat next to him.

He clapped his hands slowly. "That was beautiful..." He felt as if there was no song he could use rp convey his feelings for her.

She looked up at him a bit surprised. While she wasn't the worst singer ever she didn't really think the words to describe her singing were 'beautiful'. Still, it made her happy to know he enjoyed the her singing. "I'm glad you liked it. It's one of my favorites and it makes me think of you so I'm happy it could sing it for you. Would you like to go next? Or maybe we could go together?" she asked slowly scooting in closer to him. When she got as close as she could get, she rested her head on his shoulder and relaxed.

Horai smiled at patted her head. "What would you like to do? I don't care either way. As long as I make you happy." He smiled and went in for a kiss. When his lips made contact with her cheek he blushed a bit darker.

Mai's was a bit surprised by the kiss but smiled and turned to him. "Thank you. But don't think I could be happier than I am now just spending time with you." She said looking up at him, her cheeks still bright with a blushing red.

He nodded. "Mai. Will you let me do something real quickly?" he looked at her hoping she would.

((Time for the stereotypical relationship.))

"Sure what do you need me to do?" she asked.

((I know, I love them too. Just so you know my laptop's been down for a bit so I've been posting using my phone. So sorry if it slows things down or if I don't participate in chats. Though she hadn't figured out what he was trying to do, she did as he asked and kept as still as possible with her eyes closed.

Horai took a big deep breath and nodded. He was going in for the kill. He came very close to her and his free hand moved her chin a bit and he kissed her quickly and then pulled back.
