The Great Story (Open)

He cannot, human minds were quite a mystery to the angel. But he knew love when he saw it. He had to stop kidding himself, he was falling for this odd ghost girl. He tosses the limb down, and summons up his bow, reeling back and firing a bolt of passion to disintegrate the wood. He took the ash, and drew a cross on Mo's forehead, then mixed the rest with the holy water.

Moriko grabbed the cross. "Hey Finnypoo! Watch it!"

"Watch what?" He could only ignore Finnypoo for so long, but for now, he represses the idea that someone called him that. "The last thing we need is eagle feathers."

She pouted at him her cheeks red. "You almost hit me!" She said and then an evil smirk grew on her face. "Maybe you don't deserve a kiss! I was gonna give you a steamy one after you saved me." She said and puckered her lips and then winked. Oh was she evil now. She learned a few things from the upperclassmen when she was alive.

"I had to put an ashen cross on you as part of the cure, you can rinse it off if you need to." Goodness, his face didn't show much, but it did start turning red in the cheeks. He wanted that kiss. He was going to earn it.

She giggled and sat in the grass. She couldn't wait to give it to him. He was gonna like it alright. "Maybe if you come down here and tell me your sorry I might just forgive you." Damn upperclassmen making her super cool.

He floats down bashfully. "I apologize to perceived threats to your person by me." He isn't sure why she is mad, he didn't hurt her, and the arrow wasn't that close to her.

She jumped up and gave him a kiss. "There. Apology accepted!" She smiled and ran off into the woods laughing.

At least there weren't people in the woods. That was their third kiss. Maybe he could kiss her if he wanted to. He decides to wait, till she is cleansed, then, HE would give her the steamy kiss. This is now the plan. He couldn't help feeling like he might have forgotten something, but oh well.

Moriko stopped in place when she came to a clearing. It was more than beautiful. It looked like heaven. The sun shined down in brilliant beams and there were flowers everywhere. She was tranced and she slowly walked to it. "Finn...Hurry up...It's....like heaven." She didn't know what came over her.

He catches up with her soon enough, and simply shakes his head. "That is not correct. Heaven is like this only... sweeter." He wasn't sure how to say that the most beautiful thing on earth wasn't in the rankings for the most beautiful thing on heaven and earth.

She sat down. "Finn...I'm scared." She said and held her knees to her chest. She buried her head in her knees. She was afraid to go, but she wanted to see her parents. She was so confused and it just hit her what would happen if was saved.

"You have nothing to fear, for though you walk through the darkest vally of the shadow of death, you need not be afraid, his rod and staff, and holy dominion shall protect you." Probably the most religious thing he has said in a while. God always made him feel safe so, he hoped it would transfer over.

She stood up and looked at him. "You don't understand Finn. I am sure he will accept me with loving arms and cherish me. Though. My worries are. Will we still..." She looked at her feet and then back at him making sure she seemed strong. "Will I still feel the way I do. Will I still love you? I'm worried. I am unsure if we you feel the way...I mean the strength of it as I do. Won't it be wrong to love a stupid little soul like I? There are plenty of angels for you to be with. I just wish..." She turned around and plopped down. "There...was a way...to keep us together." She let out a sighed and fell onto her back and groaned.

He didn't catch anything after 'Will I still love you?' instead, he turned so red that his hair turned back into green fire and his halo appeared. "Y-you love me too?" He was beyond words at this point, he grabbed her shoulders and hopefully knocked the doubt out of her with his kiss.

She was shocked by the kiss but relaxed and kissed him back.

He loses himself temporarily to emotions he liked to think he didn't have, and throws his arms around her, pulling her tightly into his chest, and holding her in that embrace as they kiss.

She cuddled as close to him as possible and kissed him a little deeper. Wait what was she doing?!

He starts to kneel, pulling her down with him, laying on the soft grass, trying to put every doubt out of her mind, he caresses her body and deepens the kiss then - FADE TO BLACK

She stands fixing her clothes. "Now we find that eagle." She said and held out her hand to him.

His clothing just reverts back to normal once they were done, and he takes her hand, taking the loooong route.

She walked along with him. She was more than happy. "I love you Finn~!"

"I love you more than the plants love sun" He wasn't exaggerating. He wanted to show her more of this forest, as much as she ever wanted to see.

She blushed. "I love you more than the angels love God!" She said and squeezed his hand.

There was no topping that without getting on a certain someone's bad side so he just takes off, holding her hand and flying peterpan style away with her.
