Physical appearance: The first thing you will notice when looking at Wheel is that he is 15 feet tall, and that his head is a floating pale wooden wheel, that is flaming, with eldritch green fire. Second, that his body is like a mannequin with painstaking detail made of the same material. He has six arms, each a little too long for his body. He wears a great white robe, with no sleeves.
His human form is far less impressive, he is 6'7" with light muscle, his hair is medium length and bright green, matching his eyes. He is not very good at body language, since he isn't normally in control of a face. He would normally wear a white tank-top and white long pants, with no shoes. He may substitute a full suit if that fits the situation better however.

Personality: Wheel is above all things, a hard worker. He cannot stop until he is finished or satisfied, which is why he was given one of the hardest jobs in the universe, managing human love. Humans are fickle and change their hearts easily. He is a tidy being, requiring structure and cleanliness to function. He is not a volatile angel, although he is very loud and stern, he overflows with forgiveness. He forgave one of his subordinates almost 162413612 times already. She kept making lesbians when she wasn't supposed to be.

Background: His background is rather boring, he didn't even fight in the big war.

Close relationships: He likes to think he is close to all his underlings, Lulu in particular is his favorite, even if she doesn't feel the same.
