Physical appearance: In her mer-person form, Nami has a pale, somewhat irridescent pink tail, purple shell bra, and wears a pale blue bow in her hair, to symbolize that she is a Scout, and the Premier Scout at that. Her hair is very curly, and blonde, and is always very soft to the touch. She looks somewhat young, with her large blue eyes, small features, and high voice.
In her human form, well... She has never been in her human form, but when she is she usually just licks up any clothes she can get her hands on. No matter what they are, she makes them work for her. She stands at 5 foot, and 99 pounds, very very small.

Personality: Nami is fairly strict and by-the-book. She knows everyone and everything in the kingdom, and as the Premier Scout, she get's to oversee training of new recruits. She is so good at this because she takes nothing from anyone, unless they are a royal. She really has few personal feelings (such as love) because she believes that her life should be dedicated to doing as she is ordered.
Nami can be fun, and curious at the same time as being strict. Some say she has a spilt personality disrder, but it's really her just relaxing from time to time.

Background: Her parent's, being Premier Scouts, were sent on a mission when she was younger, and were either captured or killed by whalers. It is still unknown as to whether or not they are still alive. Since then, she was taken in by the mercy of palace staff and was named the Premier Scout at age 30.

What they are looking for in a boy/girlfriend: Someone who can respect her authority and power, someone who could possibly match her in her personality, but really almost anyone she deems a worthy person.

What they are not looking for in a boy/girlfriend: Someone who would disrespect her, the kingdom, or the sea. If someone just wanted to be with her so they could abuse her power, that would also be quite a turn away.
