Physical appearance: Kaz is a 5' 8" tanned college student with aqua green hair, which he wears loose except for a braid over his shoulder. His skin is a deep golden tan, and his muscles are lean and well defined, but not huge and obnoxious. he normally wears faded blue jeans, which are shredded around the edges, and floral button up shirts.

Personality: Kaz is a free spirit and an intellectual. despite being 112, he;s pretty chill and relaxed, preferring to hang out in a library then fight or compete for the throne. he is usual seen either studying something, or surfing the waved in his spare time, and tries to be clam and kind to other people.

Background: the youngest of four 'brothers' vying for the throne of Kaioukoku (kaiko), its not expected that he will rule. as such, he was granted the Spell casting abilities of the east current, which allow him to heal and relax the world around him, it also give him the ability to shape shift slightly beyond his human/merman forms.
merman- Kaz when he shifts to merman, his lower body is black scaled with silvery spiral designs across it.

Close relationships: father and mother (king and queen) and his 3 'brothers' who are 3 other people of the royal line, chosen to be the princes. he is related to no one in the core royal family.
