Michael is pretty damn tall standing at 6 ft 2 inches, and weighs a 155 lbs as he is all lean muscle from his volleyball days. He has lots of bruises on his body, usually on his shins and arms from volleyball. He is his team's ace, not only is he a great spiker, he also blocks well and is very good at receiving and serving. Michael can seem intimidating for the most part with his height and his lack of emotion he can sometimes give off since he is always thinking. He has short semi-curly hair that is blonde and pretty much just goes with the flow, it is soft though as he takes care of his hair. He also has gold brown eyes that are behind a pair of black framed rectangular glasses to help him see closer up. His eyesight is terrible due to him reading late at night in the dark. He is a very sturdy guy but his feet are a bit bigger which leads to him tripping on them sometimes. Michael can get away with wearing pretty much anything, he does like wearing laid back comfy clothes.

Personality:
Michael is a great guy and doesn't have that bad of a temper. He's always been very laid-back but does still have problems with not getting his way, which is pretty normal since his up-bringing gave him everything he ever wanted. He is very quiet-spoken but can become very loud when he's speaking with someone that has the same interests as him since he gets very passionate. His favorite discussion are books which he reads all the time which led to his job as he can recommend books very well. If Michael was ever to fall for someone he would become very flustered around them but try and muster up all the courage he could to keep calm. When he likes someone and he sees them with someone else he becomes very jealous but he understands that he has to calm down because you shouldn't get upset about someone who isn't yours, otherwise if he is with them he gets uber jealous and will talk it out with his girlfriend about how he feels. He happens to frequent clubs for a bit of drinking and dancing. He is actually a quiet drunks he sits there and won't talk to anyone, but if provoked properly, by fighting or flirting he will act accordingly. To fighting he will land one punch to the mouth and tell them get out, and to flirting he gets flusters and will try to flirt back but will fail terribly. During his time in Ireland he was a pretty much 'bad' person, he did pot a lot because he was stressed with school, work, and the company. He has never had any problems with Tsuki, he always thought of her as another mother. Of course his mother is his '3rd' mother. He is very competitive and always up for a good game of volleyball.  

Background:
Michael comes a rather wealthy family. He has always had what he wanted handed to him on a silver platter. He was raised along side his younger sister, he finds her to be overly serious when it comes to the company. He has always had a distaste for the company so he has decided to give up all company rights to his sister when it passed down. They both were raised by their nanny who cared for them more often than their own mother did. Michael is also old childhood friends with Jack McManus who is heir to his father's company. His parents have been good friends with Mr. McManus and his late wife. Even though his father is a huge cheater his mother has stuck with him so he didn't look bad, thinking if someone heard about it they would think it was a lie because if he did cheat why would she still be with him. Michael was always very stressed back in Ireland, he became what his sister called a 'bad' man. Michael has always been a good student and always had interests in books. He was always at the top of his class and was a pretty popular athlete, he had gotten a scholarship from one of the local colleges for volleyball which he took the offer. He did a lot of pot because of the stress that he was put through because of his father. He was forced to study business as his major and decided on his own that he would minor in English. Not too soon after he got out of college he went to rehab for his addiction to pot he had acquired during his stressful times. Michael moved out not long after finishing rehab in Ireland to find  a job in the US to get away from his family. He now lives in Milwaukie, Oregon, not only does he still play volleyball at the local rec gym for volleyball, he sometimes coaches the younger local rec gym players.

He has a pretty bad memory when it comes to names and faces, he is very ungraceful as he trips easily due to his height, and becomes flustered easily which also contributes to his clumsiness.

People who don't cover their mouths when they sneeze or cough (of course if its kid it doesn't bother him), people who fold corners of books, anyone who defaces books, and anyone who bullies anyone.

More than likely his height because he thinks it scares the kids.
